Free accounts include 1 meal plan unlock credit. Pro / active paid access includes 3 included unlock credits. Included credits and paid unlocks are permanent and non-reversible.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from Account → Billing (Customer Portal) when a Stripe customer exists. Taxes may apply based on your location and Stripe Tax settings.
Canceling Pro stops future renewals. You generally keep access until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges.
Once a meal plan slug is unlocked (via included credit or $0.99 purchase), it stays unlocked. We do not relock plans, refund included credits, or convert purchases into a transferable credit balance. A $0.99 payment unlocks the specific plan in checkout metadata — it does not create a refundable wallet balance.
Except where required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law, digital purchases and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, clear technical failure preventing access), contact support@vectorai.app promptly with your account email and Stripe receipt. We may offer a goodwill refund or credit at our sole discretion.
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms. Refund requests for store purchases must follow Apple / Google refund processes in addition to any rights you have under law.
